Music, Mayhem and Murder are all part of the Devonport Repertory Society's 70th anniversary production "Something's Afoot".

The musical play is an Agatha Christie style show full of witty dialogue, great music and hilarious situations.  Set in a country house with a cast of ten eccentric characters, the show is fast-moving and very entertaining.

Director, Lindy Hingston; Musical Director, Dominique Baker and Choreographer, Julie Scott have been working over the past months together with a talented cast to bring this show to the Memorial Hall.

The cast are from all along the coast - from Burnie, Ulverstone, Turners Beach, Forth and Devonport including:
Flint the caretaker - Michael Foote
Lettie the maid - Victoria Barker
Clive the butler - Phil Lakeland
Hope Langdon - Elizabeth Jolly
Dr Grayburn - Thom Goodwin
Lady Manley-Prowe - Michelle Best
Colonel Gillweather - Bruce Tivendale
Nigel Rancour - Tim Cooper
Miss Tweed - Julie-Anne Jolly
Geoffrey - Ross Hay

Set construction is well under way that will transport the audience to the 1930's country estate of Lord Dudley Rancour.

Come along and enjoy the fun on November 17, 18, 24 and 25 at 8.00p.m with matinee shows on November 19 and 25 at 2.00pm.
